Order updates

We do our best to make sure our clients are always up-to-date with their orders. This is why we send informative emails about any changes in the status of your order:

  1. Successful registration on Habitium's website.
  2. Order confirmation.
  3. Order being processed.
  4. Shipment processing.
  5. Order invoice.
  6. Order delivery.

Apart from these emails that the client receives during a normal order, we also send informative SMS when the order is about to be shipped. Depending on the order, the clients may receive additional information and updates such as rectifying invoices, cancellations, returns, vouchers, among others.
